Monkey Rock in El Paso, TX is looking for one lead bartender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payments
- Knowledge and experience managing a POS system
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
- Open/Close maintain tabs throughout shifts
- Create a fun professional atmosphere for guest
- Follow alcohol procedures for preventing intoxication and or dealing with intoxicated guest
- Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitization, and safety procedures and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items
- Coordinates supply inventory for bar and submits orders
- Follow all bar recipes to deliver consistent product, control cost and maximize guest satisfaction
- Complete knowledge of menu and daily specials
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years experience
- Valid TABC/ ServSafe Certification
- Manage time properly
- Stand for long periods of time
